Design:Pneumatic cylinder and hydraulic cylinder with gripper mechanism arranged axially one behind the other: simple and convenient handling for vertical use (e.g. table-top assembly stations). Integrated suction and mandrel ejection system - no retrofitting required and safe removal of torn mandrels via a hose into a central container. Hydraulic head: Aluminium with wear-resistant cylinder surface. Pneumatic cylinder: Die-cast aluminium. Piston: Hardened and hard chrome-plated steel - smooth-running and wear-resistant. Compact seal wear-resistant with high wiper effect - long service life. Quick-venting system: fast return - high operating sequence. Low-noise pneumatic switching. Simple valve design - trouble-free.

Working range:up to 5 mm steel.

Scope of delivery:Nose piece: 16/24 (in working position), nose pieces: 16/27, 16/29, 16/32 (enclosed), pressure bushing with reduction tube for 4 mm blind rivets made of aluminium and copper (part no. 125), discharge hose (part no. 78) with connection sleeve (part no. 74) for torn mandrels.
