Description:
The fischer DuoTec nylon toggle anchor for high tensile and transverse loads thanks to 2 components. Easy installation with a small drill hole diameter of 10 mm and a short toggle element, even in narrow and insulated cavities. Easy pre-assembly, the anchor does not fall into the drill hole even without a screw. No cutting into and thus weakening of the plasterboard. The tilting element automatically folds out behind the board, giving it its load-bearing capacity. Thanks to the flexible stainless steel screw holder, the tilting plug can be used with wood and chipboard screws or metric hook and threaded rods with lock nuts. When drilling into solid building materials, it functions like an expansion plug.
Advantage:
- Flexible screw holder allows the use of screws and hooks with different thread shapes.
- Glass fibre reinforced plastics and the metal skeleton insert (fischer DuoTec 12) ensure high tensile and transverse loads can be absorbed in all panel building materials.
- Soft, grey nylon support surface distributes the load across the panel surface, thereby minimising weakening of the load-bearing building material.
- Standard drill hole diameters and short tilt element for easy installation in narrow, even insulated cavities.
- White collar sleeve with locking function enables quick and secure pre-assembly of the plug in the drill hole.
- With scale on the pull cord (fischer DuoTec 12) for determining the required screw length (scale value + 20 mm).
